A Photo ID and the purchaser's
signature are required in order to purchase any
Microsoft software from ITS; therefore, you will be
unable to complete the entire purchase process online.
You must mail, fax or drop off a copy of the signed
EULA and photo ID. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.
The University has
negotiated a
Campus Agreement with Microsoft Corporation that
allows the distribution of commonly used Microsoft
products at significantly reduced costs. The savings
are available to all
U-M departments. UM-Flint students, faculty, and
staff can also purchase Microsoft products at incredible
savings for use on their personal computers as long as
they are performing university business. The Campus
Agreement is in effect for one year (December 1, 2005
through November 30, 2006) and may be renewed for up to
two more years (through November 30, 2008).
Eligibility Requirements
When purchasing Microsoft products for
personal use, please be aware of the following
information:

Only one copy of each product may be
purchased by each individual.
· Microsoft products purchased by students,
faculty, and staff for personal use are full featured,
but each individual product must be registered with
Microsoft before it can be used. It is limited to two
installations. Click here for

There are no exchanges or returns for
opened products with the exception of products that are
found to be defective by ITS.
·
At the time of purchase, each individual
must read and sign an
End User License Agreement (EULA). Your signature
indicates you agree to be bound by the terms of the EULA.

Additionally, students, faculty, and staff are
eligible to purchase hardware and limited
non-Microsoft software for home use at discounted
prices through the U-M Computer Showcase in Ann
Arbor. Purchase information is online at
http://www.itd.umich.edu/sales or call (734)
647-SALES. UM-Flint faculty and staff cannot
purchase Microsoft products through Ann Arbor.
Departmental
hardware and software purchases must be made through
M-Marketsite, located in
Wolverine Access under "University Business".

On Campus Payment Instructions:
If you pay with cash (checks are
also accepted), you must prepay at
the Cashier's Office (261 UPAV). Bring
receipt and valid photo ID to ITS (207 MSB) to
pickup your software. Checks and credit
cards are accepted at
the ITS office for any software purchase (no cash).
Off Campus Payment
Instructions: Your software will be shipped via USPS
for a shipping and handling charge of $9.
Please make your check payable to University of
Michigan-Flint. You may also pay by credit
card (call the ITS office at 810-762-3123 for more
information). Print the
Microsoft
Campus Agreement for Student Users or the
Microsoft
Campus Agreement for Faculty and Staff
Work-At-Home Users, sign
