| Job Description: | I am conducting research in computer communications networks, both wired and wireless (sensor and mesh networks). I need help in developing the simulation environment through ns2 package from UC Berkeley to evaluate the performance of the algorithms I have come up with as a result of my research. The job involves c/c++ programming, some script language (called oTcl) that the student with C/C++ background can easily pick up, and plotting the graphs of the data generated by the simulations in a program like Matlab through an automated programming interface for which I will guide the student. Research room MSB 102D will be used as a Lab to do the simulation software development. The schedule is very flexible. The student should have a good work habit to be successful, though. | ||||
